Luis Garg is a respected financial advisor, a builder, and a developer of affordable housing, whose mission is providing profitable, affordable, and secure real estate investments for everyone. He was born in Mexico City in April 1945 to Basque parents. Garg would go on to pursue his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Urban Design (City Planning). He would later become a university professor of construction administration and management systems and raise his child as a single parent. That child would go on to graduate from Harvard Medical School and become a doctor. Garg is no bum, though—in addition to his financial and intellectual benchmarks, he was a champion swimmer in the Pan-American games, as well as a handful of other competitions. Luis Garg obviously does not have a fear of hard work or of commitment.
Luis Garg is the founder and current President of RealFund Investment Trust, a business that specializes in the construction of real estate projects. This allows investors to easily participate in those projects and reach for massive profits. Garg is personally responsible for overseeing the success of various Real Estate Development Entities with low-cost housing projects in the United States and Latin America, appealing to Hispanics especially. Garg is responsible for the commitment to generate passive, residual, recurrent income and profits for the shareholders, clients, and investors. With those responsibilities, Garg has been able to showcase his skills at developing and building affordable housing. This market is under appreciated and has the ability to produce increasing profits.
